Coastal Treetop House
Completion 2026
Coast Treetop House is a contemporary coastal family home on Ireland's east coast, designed by Homelands Architects and OCA Architects. Positioned amongst the treetops overlooking the Irish Sea, the home has been carefully crafted to maximise natural light, privacy and connection to its coastal setting.
Porcha Design was appointed to lead the interior design and interior architectural development of the home. Working closely with the design team throughout the construction process, the scope included space planning, lighting design, M&E coordination, electrical layouts, kitchen design, bathroom design, sanitaryware specification, flooring and material selections, bespoke joinery design, decorative lighting, furniture specification and interior styling.
The interior scheme draws upon the surrounding coastal landscape through a considered palette of natural materials, layered textures and timeless detailing. Bespoke elements have been integrated throughout the home to create spaces that are both highly functional and deeply connected to their setting.
Construction is currently underway, with professional photography to follow upon completion.
